What`s Going on with this site

What`s Going on with this site
Hello
IT`s now two days and I can`t log off from this site. Every time I try to log out, I get this message:
The connection was reset
The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.
The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
I can access ANY part of RCU without an issue I just can`t log out. I can access ANY OTHER website as well without issues. Everything else even on RCU works fine.
What is going on?
